BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mamá Fuerte Chutney

  • ½ cup Maple syrup

  • ½ cup Ketchup

  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Ground ginger

  • 1 tbsp. Onion powder

  • 1 tsp. Celery salt

  • Juice from 1 lemon


Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.

  • Cook over medium/low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Cool to room temperature and then chill. Keep refrigerated.

  • Use as a marinade or dipping sauce!
