Ingredients
2 tbsp. Mamá Fuerte Chutney
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tilapia filets
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Set broiler to high. Prep broiler pan with cooking spray.
While the broiler is heating, mix Mamá Fuerte Chutney and mayonnaise together in a small dish.
Place the fresh tilapia on the broiler pan, and season with salt and pepper.
Cover the top of the fish with the chutney and mayonnaise mixture.
Place under the broiler for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes and chutney mixture starts to brown.
