Broiled Tilapia Filets

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Mamá Fuerte Chutney

  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tilapia filets

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

  • Set broiler to high. Prep broiler pan with cooking spray.

  • While the broiler is heating, mix Mamá Fuerte Chutney and mayonnaise together in a small dish.

  • Place the fresh tilapia on the broiler pan, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cover the top of the fish with the chutney and mayonnaise mixture.

  • Place under the broiler for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes and chutney mixture starts to brown.
